2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, design, graphics, text, images, video, and course content available on this website are the intellectual property of J Bild Health & Education (unless otherwise credited). You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
Access to a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for individual use only. Sharing login details or redistributing materials to others is strictly prohibited.
4. Online Courses and CPD Training
Courses and materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes. Completion of a course does not constitute professional accreditation, registration, or guarantee of employment.
J Bild Health & Education reserves the right to update, amend, or withdraw course content to maintain quality and relevance.
5. User Responsibility and Professional Conduct
Engagement at Your Own Risk
The courses provided by J Bild Health & Education include exercises, self-reflection activities, and learning materials that may encourage personal exploration, including areas such as developmental trauma, self-doubt, and other professional or personal challenges. By participating in these activities, you acknowledge that you engage in the course content at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for managing any personal issues, emotional responses, or psychological impacts that may arise from engaging with the course content. J Bild Health & Education does not provide therapeutic support as part of course participation and cannot be held liable for any personal outcomes resulting from course engagement.
Professional Responsibility and CPD
If you are using these courses for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) or other professional purposes, it is your responsibility to ensure that participation meets the requirements of your professional body, and that you comply with all relevant professional guidelines.
While these courses are generally designed to meet professional body criteria for CPD and credits are typically recognised, completion of a course does not guarantee that CPD credits will be accepted by your professional body. J Bild Health & Education provides access to course content but cannot be held responsible for decisions made by professional bodies regarding CPD acceptance.
6. Payment and Access
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital course materials via our learning platform (LearnWorlds). Access may be limited to a defined period, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the order date for a full refund — provided that you have not yet accessed or started the digital course content.
If you access or begin using the course materials within that 14-day period, you agree to waive your right to cancel and no refund will be issued.
All course content is provided in good faith for educational purposes. J Bild Health & Education does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided through the website or courses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
